Submit requirements
Provide initial product concepts, target markets, functional specs and estimated quantities for project initiation.
Style Selection & Design Draft
According to your needs, you may pick from our existing styles or get custom designs. We deliver 2D/3D drawings, structural breakdown and initial material plans for both function and aesthetics.
Mold Development
We fabricate precision molds for your selected design to ensure precise dimensions, reliable structure and feasible mass production.
Submit requirements
We launch mass production with strict QC procedures, covering injection molding, polishing, painting, lens cutting, component assembly, inspection, cleaning and bulk packaging.
Order Details Confirmation
After sample approval, we finalize order specs, including final product specifications, material list, quantity, price, lead time, packaging plan, QC standards and payment terms.
Sampling & Revision
We make initial samples with ready molds and selected materials for you to check appearance, structure, wearing comfort and functions. Samples will be revised until approval.
Shipment Completion
After production, QC and packaging, goods are ready. We arrange logistics (sea/air/land) as contracted, supply shipment docs for safe, on-time delivery.
